Lecturer
Laura Vasilescu
Laura Vasilescu is an HR and Employment Law professional with more than 21 years of experience in Romanian Human Resources, employment legislation, payroll-related processes and HR compliance.
Throughout her career, she has supported organisations with employment contracts, payroll administration, collective labour agreements, employee relations, restructuring and labour law consultancy.
Today, Laura combines consultancy with professional training, delivering programmes in Romanian employment law, payroll and HR, communication and personal development for professionals, managers and organisations.
Her experience across both HR and payroll enables her to connect employment law requirements with payroll operations, helping participants understand the full employee lifecycle and its impact on payroll.
Her training style is practical, interactive and business-oriented, combining legal expertise with real-life examples and case studies to help participants confidently apply Romanian payroll rules in everyday practice.
